Acrylic wedding invitation with response cards and envelopes. Modern wedding invitations. Acrylic invitations are the latest trend in wedding invitations sure to leave your guests speechless! Perfect for a modern or formal wedding, the invitation is 1/8” thick eliminating the worry of breaking or shattering, unlike some paper thin acrylic versions offered by many competitors. Response cards printed on matte cardstock and envelopes are included. This listing is a deposit to start your customized set of acrylic wedding invitations.  Samples are not available for acrylic in the printed style shown, however, upon placing this deposit order you will receive a proof of the order as depicted in the listing photo including your wording and colors. Upon approval of the proof, the final balance is due and the order goes into production.   

{PRICING PER EACH INVITATION SUITE}

A basic suite including a 5 x 7 acrylic invitation (1/8” thick), matte cardstock response card, and outer and inner envelopes is $6.50 per suite. Additional insert cards, belly bands, envelope liners and embellishments such as wax seals can be added for an additional cost. If you just want the invitation and envelope it would be $5.50 per set.

  • 5 x 7 acrylic invitation proof including:
  • a matching 5 x 7 classic white envelope
  • an RSVP card 
  • a matching A2 sized classic white return envelope

{HOW TO GET THE PROCESS STARTED}

To begin your deposit for your acrylic invitations, simply purchase one of this listing. Be sure to provide your quantity, wording and details, along with your selected ink colors in the notes to seller at checkout. Alternatively, after checkout, you may email the requested information to me at latoya@soireepaper.co (yep - .co)  If emailed, please provide the wording typed into the email or sent as a Microsoft Word attachment (no photos of the wording, please, as all names and spelling will be copied and pasted as submitted for accuracy)..

{HOW PROOFING IS COMPLETED}

All proofs are completed and forwarded 2-3 business days from purchase and will be sent to the email address in the order form or the email address that the wording was sent from. Once the proof is approved, the final balance is due and the order will move into processing.

{HOW TO PLACE A FULL ORDER}

Once you approve your digital proof, a link for the final balance will be opened to finalize your order.  The final balance link will include mandatory FedEx shipping to guarantee the delivery of your order. The invitations will ship to you typically 14 business days of less from payment of the final balance. Your processing timeline begins with the payment of the final balance link. Typical processing for glitter invitations depends on the quantity needed and the style selected (metallic ink, white ink, etc.). Rush is available, however, due to the costs associated with rush, I always advise clients to order early and avoid rush fees if possible. 

{HOW FULL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED}

Once your order is completed, your order will be packaged and shipped via FedEx.  I used to use USPS Priority Mail with FedEx optional, but after several major USPS delays and a few total losses due to their lack of appropriate scanning of the orders, I now make the usage of FedEx mandatory and use FedEx exclusively for full invitation orders to guarantee delivery to my clients. They are a bit more pricey than USPS, but my recent clients have confirmed that it is worth it for a reliable and stress free delivery.
